 The group will travel June 2–7, 2027 for Sheila's Birthday Celebration in San Juan, Puerto Rico. 

 No. U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents do not need a passport to travel to Puerto Rico. A REAL ID-compliant driver's license or other TSA-accepted government-issued photo ID is sufficient for domestic air travel. 

 Your vacation package includes hotel accommodations, breakfast for two ( Double Occupancy), airport roundtrip transfer, and travel insurance. Complete trip inclusions, optional excursions, and itinerary details are available after Trip Information is finalized with Travel agent.

 Pay the $35 non-refundable administrative fee using the Paypal link above (available through September 1, 2026). After September 1, 2026, the fee increases to $60 and will remain available until all spots have been filled.

Once your administrative fee has been received, you'll receive a confirmation email with a link to complete your traveler account and reservation details.

 After your information has been submitted, your reservation request will be processed, and you'll receive your booking confirmation along with your next steps.

Reserve early—space is limited and accommodations are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

 Yes! Flexible payment options are available. Eligible travelers may choose FlexPay at the time of booking. If you do not qualify, we'll work with you to arrange another monthly payment plan. 

 Absolutely! Friends and family are welcome to join the celebration as long as each traveler is at least 18 years of age at the time of travel.

 No. The $35 non-refundable Administrative Fee is a separate fee and will not be applied toward your trip deposit or any travel purchase. It covers account setup and access to exclusive trip information. 

 Finalized trip quotes will be sent as soon are administrative fees are paid and all details of your travel are confirmed. 

 Yes. A trip deposit is required to confirm your reservation once your personalized quote has been provided. Deposit amounts and payment deadlines will be included with your final quote. 

 The Trip Access  covers processing for single and double occupancy packages only. Guests requesting triple or quad occupancy, or special room arrangements, may be accommodated based on availability and may require additional planning.
