Mediterranean Escape

 The Cyprus Birthday Escape will take place May 5–10, 2027, with May 5 designated as a travel day. Because international flights may require an overnight departure, travelers should review their flight itinerary carefully to ensure they arrive in Cyprus on the scheduled hotel check-in date. 

 The package includes 4-nights hotel accommodations in Ayia Napa, daily breakfast, selected meals at the hotel, a day boat party, an all-day food and wine tour, and other curated birthday experiences. Final inclusions will be listed in your booking confirmation. 

 Airfare is not included in the starting package price. Flights can be added upon request from Tampa or another preferred departure airport. 

 The $55 administrative fee is required to reserve access to the trip. It covers account setup, trip communication, booking assistance, administrative support, and ongoing updates. It does not apply toward your travel balance. 

 Yes. A valid passport is required for travel to Cyprus. Travelers should make sure their passport has sufficient validity beyond the travel dates and enough time remaining to meet international entry requirements.

 For U.S. passport holders, a visa is not required for tourist stays of up to 90 days within any 180-day period. You will need a valid passport, proof of onward or return travel, and may be asked to show proof of sufficient funds for your stay. Travelers are responsible for ensuring they meet all entry requirements based on their citizenship. If you are traveling with a passport from another country, please check with your local Cyprus consulate or embassy to determine whether a visa is required before booking.

Travel Tip: We recommend ensuring your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your return date to avoid any travel issues.

 Absolutely. Single-occupancy accommodations are available for travelers who prefer their own room. Double-occupancy pricing may also be available for guests traveling with a roommate or partner. 

 The day boat party and all-day food and wine tour are included in the current package. Additional activities, dining experiences, nightlife, and excursions may be optional and available at an additional cost. 

 The signature sunset birthday dinner is a planned part of the celebration, but the cost of the meal is not included in the package unless otherwise stated. Guests will receive the restaurant details and dress guidance before departure. 

 The $55 administrative fee is non-refundable. Deposits and additional payments are subject to the cancellation policies of the hotel, tour operators, and travel suppliers. Travel protection is strongly recommended to help protect eligible trip expenses. 

 Yes. Flexible payment options are available upon approval through our financing partner. Qualified travelers may be eligible to spread the cost of their trip over time. Approval, payment terms, and financing options are determined by the financing provider. Travelers who do not qualify for financing will be responsible for paying their trip balance according to the standard payment schedule.
