Administrative Fee

 Your package includes hotel accommodations in Casco Viejo, daily breakfast, during-travel protection insurance, and access to our curated group experience. Airfare is available upon request. 

 No. Airfare is not included in the package price. Flight options are available upon request from Tampa (TPA) or your preferred U.S. departure city. 

 The administrative fee is due at the time of booking to reserve your space. It covers account setup, booking management, trip planning, ongoing updates, and administrative services. This fee does not apply toward your trip balance. 

 A $160 deposit is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due by December 29, 2026. 

 Yes! Monthly payment plans are available. Your balance can be paid over time, with the final payment due no later than December 29, 2026. 

 Yes. A valid passport is required for U.S. citizens traveling to Panama. Your passport should be valid for at least six months beyond your travel dates. 

 No. Excursions are optional and may be purchased separately. A list of curated experiences, including Plain Shay's Top Panama Picks, will be available after booking. 

 Absolutely! Solo travelers are welcome. Choose either:

• Single Occupancy (private room) 
• Double Occupancy (share a room with your chosen travel companion)

 The $55 administrative fee is non-refundable. The $160 deposit and any additional payments are subject to the supplier's cancellation terms. We strongly recommend purchasing travel protection for added peace of mind.
